Timing belts
The CPU polyurethane transmission belt is cast from thermosetting polyurethane material, which gives the belt superior mechanical properties, chemical properties, and thermal stability. Various types of reinforced cord cores serve as the tension layer of the belt, paired with high-precision full-size molds, endowing the timing belt with excellent dimensional stability and abrasion resistance.The product is suitable for high-strength, high-precision and high-speed transmission.
Structure
01--Colloid material: high wear-resistant polyurethane PU, using the casting method and capillary effect, so that the colloid can be closely connected with the core wire, one-piece molding, effectively improve the precision and strength of the belt.
02--Core wire: polyester fiber, aramid wire, carbon fiber and steel wire respectively, adapted to different conditions of transmission.
