Multiribbed belt
Polyurethane multiribbed belts are a type of transmission belt made with polyurethane, which is characterized by high abrasion resistance, high tensile strength and good oil resistance. They are used in a variety of industrial applications, such as automotive, processing equipment, textile machinery, etc.
Structure
01--Colloid material: high wear-resistant polyurethane PU, using the casting method and capillary effect, so that the colloid can be closely connected with the core line, one-piece molding, and effectively improve the precision and strength of the belt.
02--Core line: polyester fiber line, aramid line, elastic nylon core line respectively, adapted to different conditions of transmission.
Feature Advantages
●Stable transmission
PU multi-groove belt is one-piece molding, uniform material within the structure, stable tension of the heart line, not easy to produce vibration due to high-speed operation, forming a source of vibration.
●Shock absorbing
The belt is made of elastic material, which is resistant to shock loads and can absorb the vibration emitted by the organization.
●High abrasion resistance
Abrasion resistance is tens of times higher than that of rubber.
The amount of debris generated during long-term operation is very low, so it is not easy to cause debris to accumulate at the bottom of the groove (as shown below), which may cause vibration or lateral cracking of the belt.
●Easy installation
The flexible material core line can be selected, and it can be installed quickly and easily without any tools under the fixed spacing of shafts.
●Stable tension
The teeth are not easily worn out, causing the belt to sink into the grooves of the pulleys, resulting in a loss of tension and the need for frequent tension adjustments.
●High transmission efficiency
Multi-groove belts combine the characteristics of flat belts and V-belts, and in the same transmission structure, they have 30~50% higher transmission capacity than standard V-belts, which can improve the efficiency of mechanical transmission.
●High speed operation
With less transmission loss due to centrifugal force, the belt is suitable for high-speed operation, and belt speeds of 60m/s or more can be achieved.
●High transmission ratio
The transmission ratio can be as high as 40:1.
●Clean
Highly abrasion-resistant polyurethane (PU) is less likely to generate dust during use, especially for the food industry and dust-free class.
●Oil resistance
Conditionally oil resistant
●Environmentally friendly and non-toxic
Through RoHS inspection, the material is environmentally friendly and non-toxic, low dust, no carbon black, and will not cause a burden on the human body.
●Anti-static
Belt can choose anti-static formula, the whole material can be conductive, in line with the conductive norms ≤ 109 Ω, will not be worn out for a long time, and reduce the impedance value.
●Acid and alkali resistant, solvent resistant
Conditionally resistant to acids, alkalis and solvents.
●Space and weight saving
High transmission power allows for small pulley diameters and center distances, making it possible to design drives that are lighter and less weighty.
